SHIPPING FEES

Australian orders $50 and above: 
Delivery is FREE!
Australian orders under $50: Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10.00.
International orders: Please email us at contact@rainbirdco.com.au and we will arrange to calculate International Postage on whatever you would like to order.

Orders are almost always packed and dispatched within 2 business days (except for pre-orders). We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.

EXCHANGES
Should you wish to exchange your item(s), simply return new, unused & unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. We ask that you please email us at contact@rainbirdco.com prior to doing so. Unless the item is damaged or faulty, you will be required to pay the return shipping.

RETURNS
You may return new, unwashed, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less a 10% restock fee). We ask that you please email us at contact@rainbirdco.com prior to returning an item. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we'll also refund the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

REFUNDS
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of us receiving your package (less a 10% restock fee), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually 1 to 2 business days). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable). Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


PLEASE NOTE
Our Mandala Tapestries and related products are made with Indian traditional hand screen printed tapestries, so imperfections can be expected in paints and colours. There is likely to be imperfections with print, such as slight running of dye, teeny paint spots, slight print imperfections etc. We have painstakingly gone through each one and are only selling the highest quality though keeping in mind that slight 'flaws' are part of their uniqueness.

RESTOCK FEE
Any refunds will be subject to a 10% restock fee (unless the item is damaged or defective)
